Avoid exposing the oven to extreme weather conditions like snow, heavy rain, or strong winds. Always wait for the oven to cool down fully before moving it.
Note that the outer shell may fade over time with use, but this will not impact its performance.
STONE BAKING BOARD
- Do not use the stone over an open flame.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes. Do not place frozen foods on a hot stone.
- Handle the stone with care, as it is fragile and may break if bumped or dropped.
- The stone becomes extremely hot during use and remains hot for an extended period afterward.
- Do not cool the hot stone with water.
- After cleaning with water, ensure the stone is fully dried before use. You can dry it in a conventional oven at 60°C (140°F) for 2 hours.
